"Billion-Dollar" Acai Bowl

Inspired by @sunlifeorganics "billion dollar bowl". This is my breakfast, lunch or dinner 3-5x a week. It's the tastiest, most nutrient dense "acai bowl," I've ever had & here's the ingredients.


Blend the following

-Unsweetened, Frozen Coconut Meat
-a packet of frozen Acai Berry, Blueberries
-1 tsp MCT Oil
-1 scoop of Earth Grown Nutrients or your favorite greens powder
-3 grams colostrum
-3 grams creatine & glutamine
-1 tsp 10 Mushroom Blend
-1 scoop vanilla grass-fed whey, or plant-based protein
-1 scoop collagen

Blend in one cup of almond, cashew or coconut milk and add vanilla stevia to taste

Scoop into a bowl and add any or all of these toppings

Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
Celtic Sea Salt (important!)
Goji Berries
Bee Pollen
Raw Cacao Nibs
Raw Cashew Butter
Raw Honey 
White Chia Seeds
Spirulina & Chlorella

Despite a dozen-plus ingredients, it only takes me about 5 minutes to blend, pour & top.
